1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Deelivery
We deliver our products all across India. Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Regions: 5–8 business days
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or orders below ₹799, standard shipping charges may apply depending on your delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your order status directly through the link or by visiting our courier partner’s website.
5. Undeliverable Order
If the courier service is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other reasons, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may require an additional delivery fee.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within India.
However, international shipping will be introduced soon. Stay connected for updates on our expansion.
7. Damaged or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery by writing to 📧 help@bedlifeayurveda.com Include your order ID, product image, and issue details — our team will resolve it quickly.
