Customers are eligible to request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests made beyond this period will not be considered under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Return/Replacement Eligibility
A return or replacement request will only be accepted if one or more of the following conditions are met:
The product delivered is damaged during shipment.
The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify us of any damage within 12 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted beyond 12 hours will be deemed ineligible as post-delivery damages cannot be verified and may be attributed to customer handling.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Products with opened or tampered packaging.
Used or partially consumed supplements.
Products reported as damaged after 12 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
Refund Processing Time: Typically 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Mode: Refunds will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund amounts will be limited to the product value; shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, provided the product is available in stock.
Replacements will be processed under the same conditions applicable to returns.
In the event that the product is not available for replacement, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Charges for Returns
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
If a replacement is requested, the outbound shipping cost of the replacement product will be covered by BedLife Ayurveda.
